Don B. Aholu is a seasoned and accomplished thought leader, administrator and entrepreneur with over 30 years C-level leadership roles and experience spanning Banking & Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Information Technology as well as the Agtech sector.Don is the Founder & CEO of AgroDomain Inc. as well as Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of Accer Points Consolidated. He is also Founder and Chairman of Oshoppey.com, one of Africa’s leading online wholesale and retail marketplace that offers consumers an unmatched range of products from over 8000 merchants and sellers around the globe. Prior to his current engagements, Don served as the Group General Manager & Group CIO of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC Group)-Africa’s largest integrated Oil & Gas conglomerate, where he successfully initiated and championed the acclaimed digital transformation of the entire processes of the group. Previously, he served as General Manager Information Systems & CTO of the NNPC Group and led the organization in developing and implementing transformational technology strategies and initiatives.Prior to joining NNPC Group, Don was Managing Director at Primalogic Technologies Inc. an integrated IT Infrastructure & Solutions services provider. At Primalogic, Don provided strategic leadership and direction that enabled the company to achieve rapid growth. Don was also a key member of the pioneer leadership team that setup the highly successful E*TRADE Group’s, Atlanta, Georgia operations.Between 1992 and 1996, Don served as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Capital Express Limited – a non-banking financial and investment boutique in Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to joining Capital Express, he was the General Manager & Chief Executive of Keystone Finance Company, also based in Lagos, Nigeria. Don also served as Senior Manager in Pan African Bank Ltd from 1984 to 1989 and had the overall responsibility for managing the premier and biggest branch of the bank to high level of profitability and increased balance sheet.Don currently sits on the Board of Directors of several companies including Askinder Solutions Ltd as well as Hamburg Oil Services Limited, where he is the Chairman of the Board. He also currently serves as the Chairman, Board of Directors of Proflexi Systems Limited.Don is passionate about the Digital Transformation of the Agricultural sector across Sub-Sahara Africa and is currently applying his vast experience and insights to positively impact the sector throughout the sub-continent.
