• Led the creation and launch of a new online RRSP loan application called EASE for B2 B Trust and limited Partner Advisors, on time and on budget, enabling RRSP loan applications in a 1 second adjudication turn around time, which improved workflow efficiency, resulting in a savings of $265,000 due to the elimination of hiring contract staff to enter data.• Introduced and executed a new Line of credit products for Canadian Tire.
