We obtained a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund in 2006 to bring the museum up to Accreditation standard.I was given plenary powers by the management committee to work with the museum designer to ensure that the museum and its displays kept its friendly welcoming atmosphere.We produce a monthly newsletter which is also published on our website.I was appointed to the post of curator in 1991.
