    Benchmark RPO is a premier provider of recruitment and offshore Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services.When I first got into recruiting in the 1990’s, I saw an opportunity for American businesses to save by offshoring their recruiter’s most basic tasks. Working as the Director of Recruiting for an engineering job board, I helped pioneer offshore RPO. Later, as I ran a boutique IT recruiting agency, we utilized offshore talent to source candidates for our onshore recruiters. In both cases though, the RPO delivery quality was poor, due to a combination of poor training and dishonest business practices.Anyone who has been in our industry awhile is aware of the challenges faced when employing offshore recruiters. The horror stories we have all heard emphasize the credibility and integrity gap that exists between American business culture and much of the third world.So I moved my family to Bangalore India for a year to be closer to the source, and to develop the kinds of relationships that would be able to provide the quality of delivery and ethics needed to succeed.Because of my unique experiences and relationships, I believe that Benchmark RPO has the tools needed to transform offshore RPO into the business model that it always should have been.Benchmark offers significant savings on recruitment costs by providing our clients with experienced offshore recruitment professionals, primarily but not exclusively in IT. Our unique value proposition is that we are managed in the US by experienced recruitment professionals who understand American business culture and the needs and wants of American companies.
