Architect and implement Dynamics 365 on premise with USD for the Federal Government 750 million dollar project. 6000 CSR user base with 10 sites across the United States. Two datacenters one live and one for disaster recovery and hot site failover. • Design, setup and configure Windows Failover Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn High Availability Group, Cluster Configuration on multi subnet, and platforms. • Execute and provide guidance for improvement in STIG security lockdowns in Production environment. • Review existing implementations and resolve defects prior to go live. Resolve issues that client has reported with CRM application and its infrastructure. Provide daily support, maintenance, and upgrades for entire infrastructure. • Lead and provide guidance and execution of development leads for system changes and enhancements as well as identifying continuous improvement opportunities • Lead Dynamics CRM 365 integration solutions while managing and maintaining all aspects of Dynamics CRM system. • Implemented Unified Services Desk (USD) Integration, Data migration, Solution Importing and review all aspects of the infrastructure and architecture prior Go-live plan. • Collaborate with client’s business and technical teams to engage in senior level business and/or technology decision maker discussions related to integration and business value
