I am also a skilled team leader and people developer who empowers sales teams to achieve their highest potential.In my current role at Spiros Industries, I am leading a team of professionals in all sales and marketing activities. Since joining them in 2020, we have implemented strategies and processes to significantly reduce our customers' time to market with well-designed high-quality springs and wire forms.Previously, I assumed leadership of the sales and marketing organization at Triangle Manufacturing and implemented strategies and action plans that increased our market share significantly, while driving up customer satisfaction. I also led the team that successfully launched of a new product line and expanded our digital marketing efforts, including rolling out a new website and introducing dynamic web campaigns.I initially joined AVL List GmbH as a Territory Sales Engineer and was rapidly promoted to Territory Sales Manager, and then Global Account Manager. I also worked as a Sales Engineer at Feed Control Corp. and as an Electrical Engineer at Simone Engineering.
