When a client sends us an email, or calls, we will generally respond to the request for help within 3-5 minutes. We don't use help desks. Each client is assigned a personal IT support technician and a backup technician. That way your tech team always knows the ends and outs of your system. We are located in Downtown Chicago. Speed of response is key to how we work. The fast we can respond the better it is for our clients. To that end, we generally do the bulk of our work remotely. This allows us to respond within seconds rather than minutes. However, we are always happy to go in to see clients
