My job duties vary from Tech to Marketing at Hypersurf. I am responsible for the day to day business operations. Technical duties include linux server provisioning and maintenance. Marketing duties include website maintenance and SEO tactics as well as Google Analytics.

- Provide first point of contact for all technical inquiries on embedded and processor products. We had a direct replacement for the Sparc processor. - Interface effectively with Business Units, Sales, FAMs, and Tactical Marketing.- Responsible fotr closing cases with my personal queue in a timely manner.- Provide first point of contact for all technical inquiries for all PC Card products.

- Prepping water and soil samples for organic GC/MS screening. After a few years as - Promoted to night lead person taking on more responsibilities, over seeing crew of 6.- Transferred to the Gas Chromatography(GC) dept, where I analyzed GC samples for various organics.- Transferred to the Metals dept, prepping samples and advanced metal analysis using AA and ICP-MS.
