Now working on "Healing Earth" (lprww.com).GENERAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE includes over 8 yrs technical-level/electrical/electronics, plus 30 professional-level years between government and industry, including; extensive multi-discipline, hands-on R&D, 9 yrs in USAF System Program Offices, computer systems analysis, market research/analysis, project engineering, systems engineering, considerable project/program and contract management (company capability evaluations), engineering design, engineering test lab supervision, industrial sales, electronic and mechanical maintenance, strong computer and programming experiences, test facility design/construction coordination (project management and contract solicitation), with both military and commercial Secret classifications. Other experience includes company start-ups (primarily corporations) in DE, CA, NV and Hong Kong (full business planning thru detailed policies and procedures manuals); business consulting (particularly with non-profits, including as a SCORE counselor/adviser); editing & publishing; international publishing license development and application; teaching and counseling.SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT: Over many years, I had been an armchair metaphysician and 'seeker;' including a church board president and filling in at the pulpit in the minister’s absence. In Reno, NV, my late wife and I worked very strongly with Bridges In Consciousness, which was an intense HIV/AIDS full-support church with participation on the President Clinton's HIV/AIDS advisory board, and which had acquired two houses in Reno for patient support. The close work we did with that organization resulted in my us being the first ministerial ordinations (April 15, 1997), they had ever accomplished.I theorize that, having been “exposed” to very high spiritual energies from my late wife’s guides (ref. lprww.us) as, after she had passed on, I've experienced previously unknown psychic abilities (ref. lprww.org) and (ref. lprww.com).
