• Supported the division’s product documentation, which includes documentation of the Xgig software applications, such as Xgig Analyzer, the suite of Maestro products, and Medusa Labs Test Tools for the Memory Storage.
• Photographed the new products for marketing materials and set up a photo library so the entire team would have professional product photos readily available for use.
• Oversaw the creation of marketing data sheets for two new products when the marketing team was short-staffed to ensure the sales team would have new product sales tools to share with customers.
• Organized the division’s product web pages on the company web site so that customers new products would be highly visible and older products would be less prominent.
• Created and updated several documents for an East Coast division when that division was without a technical writer to ensure their customers updated product information.
• Coached new writers in Maryland and Korea to help ensure they were able to quickly come up to speed.

• Planned and designed the documentation for the PXB MIMO Receiver Tester platform and led a team of six writers to create the printed and electronic documentation for this new product.
• Posted the division’s customer documentation and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the company web site so customers would have immediate access to the latest product information.
