As Director of Technology my responsibilities covered three major areas of the organization; Product and Project Management, Operational Support and Client Delivery. Bid.com purchased ADB to expand its client base and to provide a variety of off-the-shelf asset management, maintenance and online auction products for the market. ADB Systems International delivered asset life-cycle management solutions, helping companies source, manage and sell assets for maximum value. In September 2003 ADB Systems and GE Commercial Equipment Financing formed GE Asset Manager LLC, a joint business venture developing and marketing innovative asset management technology to customers in a broad range of industries.

Bid.Com, was founded in 1995, and was a pioneer and leader of e-commerce technology. One of the first to deliver custom branded on-line storefronts, and patented real-time on-line Dutch auctions with streaming video.As a Bid.Com Project Manager, my responsibility was to work with clients, designing and developing functional yet eye-catching interfaces for various customers’ customized web based solutions, as well as interactive and entertaining experiences through our on-line ascending price and Dutch auctions.Directed project teams in Business Analysis and Design to provide customized web based solutions for customers. In addition to Project Management, the key roles were to support 24X7 solutions, network administration, hardware and software maintenance on all servers and supporting infrastructure.
