Product Manage Core Gateway Products including Payment Switches, Processor Interfaces, Hosted and Premise solutions. - Spring & Fall Card Association Updates for North America (US, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico) – enabling Merchant Link to plan mandates & compliance effort ahead of processors compliance updates- Create and manage compliance and mandates roadmap – based on customer impact, revenue impact, technical feasibility, resources availability - Prioritize compliance and mandates effort- Communicate internally and externally (as required) Merchant Link Compliance and Mandates roadmap- Create Business Requirements from Processor Updates / Industry Enhancements / New Business - Work in collaboration with other Product Managers and System Analysts to gather requirements and assess the impacts on our gateway and on customer facing APIs- Follow-up implementation with the Development Teams- Be the Agile Product Owner of the gateway and therefore ensure the gateway readiness to provide seamless customer experience in terms of processing, boarding, reporting, billing and support- Be the processors point of contact for mandates and compliance - Develop and maintain processor contacts for Processor Bulletins, direction statements- Develop business cases and present to executives for review and approval
