Raised in Burlington, Ontario, Di Fronzo relocated to Toronto in 1981 to pursue a career in Hospitality. After a 12 year stint with a Toronto-based Restaurant Chain, he switched cities and ventured into the world of restaurant ownership. After 11 years as an owner-operator he found himself returning to the city he grew up, joining the growing Pepperwood Restaurant Group, in 2005. Seeing the group grow from 3 restaurants to a much larger group of 9, in 2013 Difronzo joined CDDC Hospitality and its group of 6 restaurants and brand developed Rib Eye Jacks Ale Houses. Di Fronzo brings the experiences as a Corporate Chef as well as an Owner-Operator to form his perspective in restaurant development & management. To compete with the rigors of the hospitality world, Di Fronzo enjoys sports, golf, boating, and walking in the evenings with his family.
