Supervisor Of Inventory Control
CurrentSupervise a four person clerical staff and manage inventory of frozen finished goods and raw materials for 3 manufacturing plants and 4 warehouses .Make sure all finished goods and raw ingredients are used following ‘Fifo ‘ rules. We use two programs for managing inventory levels J.D.EDWARDS‘ for production and sales, and ‘Acutrac “for inventory, I must make sure both systems match on a daily basis. Make sure staff also signs out and generates paperwork for all product shipped each and every day as well as processing all receipts for incoming materials everyday. Work with all departments to insure information is provided accurately as it pertains to each dept,. Insure cycle counts, are done routinely and any adjustments are made accordingly. Make sure all damaged product and outdated products are adjusted out of inventory as needed. Also make sure when production exceeds our warehouse capacity to have product sent to and shipped from outside storage locations. Place all items in product master so they can be produced and input into acutrac. Modify all orders and allocate all orders on a daily basis. Make sure staff does daily walkthroughs and checks on all missing products or production discrepancies and make sure this is reconciled on a daily basis
