• Maintained and grew sales ($20 million) and hit or exceeded goals with budgeted sales and profit.• Ran a staff of 35 people including: outside sales, design consultants and warehouse staff. • Managed inventory of natural stone slab and tile.• From the time IMG was purchased, sales more than doubled every year. Bottom line profit dollars hit or exceeded projected plan every year.• The Denver stone yard became and remained the #1 stone yard in the company during my tenure.

• Full P&L responsibility for 6 company locations and 3 franchise locations with total annual sales volume of $90 million. • Responsibilities included supervision and development of management staff, menu development, facility maintenance, And Retail Product Sales.• Successfully opened all overseas locations, including Sydney, Melbourne and Surfer’s Paradise, Australia and Tel Aviv, Israel. Responsible for infusing the company culture into the first Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
