Don Farrell is founder and owner of Crossroads Entertainment LLC, a professional entertainment company. (www.crossroads-ent.com. He is also a co-founder of Actors Theatre of Indiana (atistage.org) and served as Artistic Director of the professional theatre company until his resignation in 2023. He oversaw the creation & implementation of all programming and, since its inception in 2005, has helped grow ATI from a small professional theatre company to an award-winning and vital member of the central Indiana arts scene. For ATI, he has produced every production between 2005 and 2023 including the Palladium debuts of Two-time TONY award winning Sutton Foster (An Evening with Sutton Foster) and Two-time TONY award winning Broadway legend Chita Rivera (CHITA: A Legendary Celebration) both to critical acclaim. For ATI, he has directed Beyond the Rainbow (Indiana premiere), Sisters of Swing: The Story of the Andrews Sisters (Indiana premiere), My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra (Central Indiana premiere), COLE (Indiana Professional premiere), And The World Goes ‘Round, Rounding Third, A Grand Night For Singing, The Taffetas; Forever Plaid; and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. Don has been a member of Actors’ Equity Association since 1992, is a veteran of the concert / theatrical stage, and over the past 33 years, has worked steadily in practically every capacity of the business (professional singer, dancer, actor, director, choreographer, producer) with a career that includes Off-Broadway, International Tour, National Tour, Las Vegas, Regional, Symphony concerts & Educational productions. He received his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Music Theatre from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music, has served as a member of the drama faculty for NYC’s premier musical theatre training conservatory Collaborative Arts Project 21, has taught drama workshops and master classes for theatre companies and universities and has been a scholarship adjudicator for the National Society of Arts and Letters (NSAL) Music Theatre Competition. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors with the Carmel International Arts Festival and is currently serving as interim President of the Board of Directors for Roundabout Fitness, Inc.
