Navy VET 1974-1987 when recruited by Dresser-Rand to join their team.Started out with high ambitions and dedication, until after 8 years, experienced it going downhill.Previously hired Veterans with experience, then shifted to employee family members and temp agency workers, no experience required, although you gained some through the temp agency.Making lots of money through Government contracts, which made up for some of the re-work required on most projects with poor workmanship and quality.Retirement came early - after 24 years - due to seeing enough, with no improvement in sight.
