Manage specialty grocery product distribution and on-shelf availability for four food and beverage retailers. Responsible for incremental selling and executing customer purchase programs.

Provide retail representation for Johnson & Johnson consumer brands. The duties of the position include providing client support in ensuring shelf conditions are properly maintained, executing special projects and priority displays, and building incremental displays to create retail support value for Johnson & Johnson as a client of CROSSMARK.

Represent Nabisco brands in grocery stores within a geographical territory. This includes managing route calls within territory, ordering Nabisco product, and merchandising Nabisco product deliveries when necessary. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales objectives by selling incremental product displays to appropriate store management. Act as an indirect supervisor to merchandising support personnel within the territory by providing direction, feedback, and support. Both years I held this position (2012 and 2013), I exceeded annualized assigned sales objectives.

Assisted Branch Manager in maintaining a profitable outstanding loan portfolio within our branch. This includes creating and achieving loan production goals while achieving goals to reduce delinquency as well. Called on present and former customers for potential loan renewals (loan solicitation) as well as responding to various leads for new customer business. Called on delinquent accounts to reach delinquency resolution plans with customers. Present and sell term life and/or credit insurance products to new loan customers.

Managed the front end of store. Responsible for hiring and training customer service staff while overseeing the proper operation of store office, customer service desk, and all register lanes according to Food Lion Standard Practices. Manage the entire store operation when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. Direct supervisory responsibility of 20-25 employees. I was part of the Store Manager training program.
