As COO of Envirocan Waste and Recycling Services, http://www.envirocan.co, Mr. Francis is responsible for all Envirocan Ltd group of companies operations in Canada. Envirocan is a privately held Waste services provider, specializing in Commercial, Industrial and Alberta energy sector waste and recycling services. Don has over 25 years of senior leadership experience. Most recently Don led H2O Energy Services, a Select Energy Services Company, specializing in Oilfield Water Management Services, as President he was responsible for all Canadian Operations. Prior to H2O/Select, Mr. Francis managed Waste Management of Canada’s operations in British Columbia and Alberta. In addition to his direct corporate responsibilities, Don provides Management Consulting Services to a broad group of clientele ranging from the Energy Sector to Transportation and Manufacturing.Mr. Francis graduated from S.A.I.T. (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Communications and earned an MBA Master of Business Administration (MBA), – Faculty of Management from Royal Roads University, Victoria B.C
