I am the President/CEO of the Independent Beauty Association (IBA), a mission-driven organization that fosters the success of entrepreneurial companies in the independent cosmetic and personal care industries. I have over 35 years of experience in developing and launching a wide variety of products, including skin care, cosmetics, personal care, nutritional supplements, and environmentally responsible home cleaning and laundry products.I am passionate about bringing innovation and disruption to product categories that are stale or boring, and creating compelling product lines that offer both high technology super-hits and high volume unit movers.
