- Drove the agile transformation from waterfall to agile methodologies within the engineering organization.- Empowered the team and removed roadblocks allowing productivity to explode and quality to increase. I Continually monitor overall team processes looking for opportunities to increase team productivity. One recent process change saved us over 1,800 man hours annually (one full headcount).- Developed and implemented a product patching process that shifted overhead from development to product management. This process decreased product fix releases from weeks to days and freed up development team members from support duties.- Transitioned the QA team to one offshore location and doubled the team size.- Managing the automation team's transformation from a stand alone team doing functional UI automation months behind the original feature implementation to an integrated team building and maintaining the unit test framework. The team is currently transitioning functional UI tests to unit tests and building out the test runner infrastructure.- A member of the Verint PMO where we manage development practices for the 400 team members that make up the product house engineering organization.

I was involved with product training and guidance as well as a pipeline to the services team if custom work was required.- Worked with Product and Support managers to resolve issues and advocated for customer requirements in the development roadmap.
