In partnership with XenTegra's desired objectives I developed three companies: a recycling company, a Non-profit Value-added Reseller, and a Computer distributions company. I crafted and executed a compelling vision for both staff and board members, guiding our collective efforts toward success. Additionally, I managed all aspects of budget planning and financial decision-making to ensure fiscal health. Through strategic partnerships with local and global non-profit distribution partners, I facilitated the redistribution of over 400 repurposed devices, contributing to sustainability efforts. Moreover, I established a value-added reselling company, representing over 200 companies and forging strategic alliances with managed service providers. Furthermore, I orchestrated the development and implementation of databases and Salesforce utilization, optimizing data management and strategic decision-making processes for enhanced efficiency.• Recruited, trained, and developed leaders while managing and overseeing organizational goals to support the strategic plan.• Initiated a three-phase business model to maximize the sustainability of the non-profit business plan.• Spearheaded the establishment of three distinct companies under one organizational umbrella, navigating complex IRS codes, partnerships, and distributor relationships.• Expanded e-waste client base and contracts across 10 states within the inaugural year, achieving significant market penetration and revenue growth.

I held accountability for pastoral counseling, hiring, and HR responsibilities within the church community. This included facilitating training sessions and recruitment efforts for both paid and volunteer leaders. I guided a church through a significant transition, increasing weekly attendance from 15 to an average of 85 students. In this role, I led counseling, teaching, and team-building efforts while also training and recruiting leaders. Additionally, I spearheaded the establishment and launch of a local youth center, collaborating with five other churches to make it a reality.
