InContext is focused on all aspects of Health Care Value Based Payment (VBP) including: Rule understanding, Strategy Development, Payer Negotiations, Measure Development, Work-flow Build, Performance monitoring, Provider Compensation linkage, Cost Analysis, etc. We began working with VBP before there was such a thing. Our CMS work has included: PQRI, PQRS, VM, Meaningful Use, Hospital VBP, MIPS, Multiple CMMI efforts including: ACO’s, Maryland Primary Care Program and BPCI-Advanced. Outside of CMS we help our Clients build and navigate: Commercial and Medicare Advantage Programs and Direct to Employer VBP programs.
