President of our Family business since 1986 ( Incorporated 1979). I am also active in the day to day operations as the primary sales executive for B.C. I am a road warrior, traveling the territory twice a year ( Fernie to Prince Rupert), plus all trade shows, sales meetings and sales presentations.I have also been a board member and President of the B.C. Sporting Goods Association, board member and President of the local chapter of the PPPC, B.C. representative on the national PPPC board and presently co-chair the Promo Summit rep shows in B.C.My volunteer experience is split between involvement in sports and politics. In sports I refereed soccer for 25 years ( youth, men and women), played for 15 years, played high school rugby, played fastball and slo-pitch for 15 years, coached women's fastball for 6 years, and have been curling for the past 10 years. I was a board member and president of the Vancouver Womens Fastball League and board member and president of the Richmond Curling Club.My political experience has been at the local level with TEAM, Richmond NPA, and working numerous mayoralty campaigns. Provincially I have been active with the B.C. Liberals and been a member since 1974 and held every position at the riding level except candidate. I also did two tours of duty on the Provincial executive. Federally I have been active with the Liberals since 1974, held every position on riding executives except candidate and at all 3 levels managed campaigns.I am presently helping mentor 3 new start-ups and 2 older opportunities. I am presently looking for new board related opportunities, as my responsibilities on my other involvements are ending as I term out. Show less
