We focus our services primarily on residential inspections and side sewer inspections. Properties include single-family homes, duplexes, multiplexes, and condominiums. We have also performed inspections on churches, apartment buildings, and other light industrial facilities.We service Seattle/King County/East Side/Snohomish and Pierce Counties.We perform a visual inspection of the subject property and provide our clients with a written report identifying visually observable major deficiencies of the inspected systems and components that exist at the time of the inspection. The written report will be e-mailed to you on the day following your inspection and will include the following systems:Structural components, exterior structure, roofing, foundation, attic, drainage, basement or crawl space, insulation and ventilation, plumbing, heating, electrical, and central air conditioning.Office staff is available Monday through Saturday to answer the phone and schedule inspections. We are also available to provide educational presentations regarding Preparing for a Home Inspection, What to Expect from a Home Inspection, Washington State Structural Pest Inspection Requirements, and other topics relevant to the home inspection profession.
