I drive the delivery of a range of fully accredited and certificated workplace, paediatric, sport and event first aid alongside CPR and AED training courses. Utilising my exceptional experience both in training and first aid experience within the emergency services and sports environments, I ensure the provision of the highest quality training for a range of companies in the South East.We also provide occupational massage therapy and postural assessment; predominately supporting professionals who habitually undertake work activities like lifting, prolonged standing, computer use and working in confined spaces. This service has been applied to great successes in aviation settings, helping staff to access a welfare package tailored to their specific needs. I am also the team medic for the Metropolitan Police RFC and qualified mental health first aider.
