Control the data input as to not be free text and preventing users from manipulating columns and formulas to provide consistent clean data to forecast and do job planning with.In late 2022 the MRP platform informed FBP that the GraphQL API's were going to be removed from customer access. FBP had to pivot quickly and I lead the data integration into DBA and was able to transition from Lead Commerce in less than a month having no down time for FBP.Integrated the existing KPI's from Lead Commerce data API pulls to DBA using ODBC connections into Excel and Power BI.Began building a team of data analyst to support my effort and the greater business. Successfully set up MS SQL server through azure to start consolidating data.Integrated additional reporting and KPI's with Integrated Renovations Financial system Spectrum to give the executives more reporting capability than what was available natively.Supported the operational warehouse team with KPI's, product labeling custom for Integrated Renovations. All sales orders items had unique labels that referenced the purchase orders, barcoded and quantities. This helped to insure all items requested were shipped and audited upon receipt at the requested properties for renovation.
