My role at H&R Block is to assist people that come through the door with the tax returns. My role also can include making appointments, answering phones and problem solving with clients with any queries they may have.I have to say i like the role that i have, where i am interacting with a range of different people, and can sometimes just have conversations with most people while preparing an estimated return/pay with their tax.

Based at Spearwood then Fremantle Branches, my job description included:Answering Phones and performing general office duties;Using specialized software to export completed tax returns to Head Office; and Providing Clients with Quality Service

Setting goals/targets and striving to achieving the numbers (monthly)Dealing with membership enquiries Establishing and managing relationships with members Assisting members with any enquiries/complaints they may have

Designing road traffic plans for clients requiring traffic management so work can be undertaken in a safe manner.Effective verbal and written communication with clients and staff.

Providing customers with efficient and high quality service for functions, weddings and conferences.

Serving customers in a friendly and effective manner.Performing other duties that were required: refilling stock and cleaning tables.

Serving and assisting customers, re-stocking and re-organising shelves of goods.
