I am currently the Senior Project Manager for a 16-acre development on the former site of Candlestick Park. This new development, “Candlestick Point,” is a large mixed-use project that includes several large residential buildings with over 310 units, a 220-room hotel, an entertainment project with cinemas, two parking structures for over 2,500 vehicles and a 300-store name-brand urban retail center. This project’s objective is to create an active and integrated planned neighborhood that captures the feel and spirit of San Francisco. I direct and supervise multiple internal teams in which I enjoy guiding a collaborative leadership team with the many consultants and the project’s clients.My previous project included six separate projects on a 90-acre site for a health care client in Palo Alto. The construction cost for these projects totaled over $600 million. This project included a 90,000sf research laboratory, out-patient care facilities, a 174,000sf in-patient facility to provide both physically disabled and blind therapy, a new central utility plant and related infrastructure, radiology facilities, a recreation and therapy facility, two parking structures and a 225,000sf ambulatory care center.
