My role requires me to work within in a team as a mentor, work colleague and a manager. The future growth of the branch is important as this provides prosperity for the company, staff and the community alike. I will be dealing with SME commercial businesses that have different risks, priorities and budgets. Understanding the specific risks of each client so as to provide the right insurance and risk solutions is vital. My clients need the comfort that their assets will be protected with an insurance plan to suit their individual business.

The branch manager role was responsible for the day to day management of the branch, the staff as well as personal and commercial lending. This included leave, rosters, audits, training, cash handling, product placement and lending ranging from individuals to small to middle market businesses.
