Dynamic scheduling on behalf of Powerex where BC Hydro is the supplier for two different areas within WECC. Most of these were ported to the Alstom EMS when L&G was decommissioned in 2008. On the Alstom EMS:Develop modifications to support BC Hydro's participation in WECC's RBC (BAAL) field trial. Minor mods to be compliant with BAL-001-2 R2. Modify vendor CPS code to provide full support for NWPP DCS detection and recovery.
