In my current role as Taste Creation and Innovation Director, I oversee the dynamic markets of the Middle East and Africa.Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of leading taste creation and application teams in the developing markets of Europe and throughout Africa and Middle East, playing a pivotal role in the development of numerous successful products within the food and beverage industry.My passion extends beyond product innovation; I am deeply committed to cultivating talent and shaping the future leaders of our industry.Fueled by a vision to see those I mentor emerge as leading experts in their respective roles, I have dedicated myself to the art of talent nurturing.
