Conduct Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs on Critical Facilities Equipment within our Data Centers and multiple brands and generations of Modular Data Centers. Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state of the art critical systems, including but not limited to; medium voltage switch gear, diesel generators, paralleling switchboards, numerous types of UPS systems, UPM’s, PDU’s, RPP’s, ATS's, MTS's, Starline Buss, ARD’s, IRC’s, chillers, RTU's, CRAH units, CRAC units, split systems, package units, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, Infrared camera certified, fire detection/suppression systems and many building and equipment monitoring systems. Create operational, maintenance and emergency methods of procedure (MOP’s, SOP’s and EOP's).
