Evaluate, recommend, justify and implement major projects, such as facilities expansion, acquisition and installation of capital equipment, major repairs and renovations. Oversee and coordinate major projects and assume responsibility for them during implementation. Purchase electric, water and natural gas for all facilities. Deal with governmental and regulatory agencies (EPA, OSHA, FCC, etc.) to ensure compliance with all regulations. Deal with federal, state and local government groups for permits and other requirements. Interface with the facility insurance provider to ensure adherence to their recommendations, to reduce policy cost and liability. Supervise facility engineering, maintain and update facility drawings and utility drawings.

Responsible for overseeing and supervising operations of the, third-shift, Equipment Services Department. Plan, schedule, prioritize and supervise the lead equipment service technicians, technicians and support technicians on current projects and workloads. Organize and plan future jobs. Communicate with other departments on their repair needs and wants. Evaluate and recommend changes in repair methods and procedures.
