I am Don Lester Paul Cavan, 26 years old. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Specialized in Software Engineering here in the Philippines. I am a jolly, approachable, respectful, friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, understanding, hardworking, resourceful, honest, fast learner, and willing to learn. I have more than 3 years of experience on Web Programming/Web Development (Mostly PHP, HTML, CSS, and Wordpress, usually pdf conversions) and in my 3 years experience as a web developer I can say that it helped me develop or enhance my skills in problem-solving and analysis, interpersonal human relations to clients, working with tasks under pressure, giving satisfactory results to clients, strong sense of responsibility, and multi-tasking. I solve problems or tasks on my own first before I ask for help. I accept my mistakes and criticisms and use them as a way to improve myself. I ask questions for clarifications if I'm having trouble understanding the task. I give my full focus on a job or task given no distractions. I do my best to finish the task on time. I double-check the task if it's finished or if it's working properly. I don't have the talent in designing or creating designs or mockups but I do know how to convert PSD files to HTML/CSS or Wordpress. I don't create my own theme but I know how to customize a theme via child theme.
