I was successful in revitalizing a poorly functioning Quality Management System into a QMS which met and exceeded all TS16949 and Customer requirements. Customer concerns were reduced by over 80%, and Parts Per Million Defective numbers dropped significantly.This was accomplished by implementation of operator training, improved processes documentation, and stringent Error and Mistake Proofing verification.
