Don has extensive experience developing commercially sound procurement and contract management approaches for large infrastructure projects. The objective is to manage risk while increasing cost and schedule certainty across multidisciplined projects. Don has developed systematic approaches to help clients structure the many agreements necessary for complex, integrated programs.Don has a keen interest and background in systems engineering projects across multiple sectors including aerospace, transportation systems and infrastructure.

Don provides commercial and contracts management advisory services to clients with CJI in the infrastructure and transportation sector. Don is providing advisory services to the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority as a member of CJI's Project Management Technical Advisory team, and contracts and commercial advisory services to TransLink's Rail Expansion Program as a member of CJI's Advisory team.
