Central to my role was to advocate for the highest possible level of service to students through the use of technology, staff development, and the implementation of policies and procedures that reduce unnecessary bureaucracy. As Chair of the Initial Teacher Education Admission Committee was a strong advocate for the elimination of barriers for students not well represented in the teaching ranks. -
