Responsible for managing supply on a global basis for a defined set of products and/or commodities. Providing continuity of supply, in line with demand, through design & execution of a supply chain. Single point of contact for the supplier and groups internal to SUN. Responsibilities include the distribution of hubbed assemblies (sub-assemblies built by XPEDX), cables, FRUs (Field Replacement Units), X-Options (configurations), kits, and all packaging to Plants: 001/Milpitas, 004/Hillsboro, and 201/Scotland. Developed, maintained and managed a stockless inventory managing program saving the company thousands of dollars. Created BRP (BreadMann) Replenishment program in cooperation with T.I.M.s (XPEDX'= Total Inventory Management system) for both of SUN's manufacturing sites (located in the bay area of California and Oregon's Silicon Forest).

Responsible for the optimization of the planning, scheduling, procurement, forecast and costs of Fujitsu Service Center's profit and loss. Direct reports include: Master Scheduler/ Float Analyst, FJ Repair & Float Planner / Buyer, FJ & Local Procurement and Senior Production Control Planner/ Scheduler. Planned and procured material needed in support of New Build and Repair operations. Inventory management strategies based on days of inventory and ABC classifications. Developed monthly product models to track and evaluate Inventory forecasting methods; monitored BOMs/usage/consumption/error. Responsible for maintaining a Linear supply (flow) of material, Excess / Obsolete avoidance, Material Sourcing, ECO implementation for all product lines, MRB aging (less than 5 days), and Air Freight expense reduction and/or avoidance and occurrence. Sourcing included obtaining specs and drawings, setting up of new part numbers and the structuring of bills of materials. Inventory management and JIT/DFT implementation and adherence included: Shop Floor Control, Production Control and Dispatching, Order Management, Order Processing and Customer Promising, Final Assembly, Sub-Assembly and End Item Product Scheduling, Production Planning, Master Scheduling and Capacity Planning, Forecasting Assembly and Component requirements, Product Procurement both Nationally & Internationally, (FJ Ltd. & other Japanese suppliers).

As a Master Production Scheduler, ensured that production plans and schedules for all digitizers were developed to support customer orders. Development of capacity plans used as inputs to production management. Develop and implement inventory management strategies; provide training for development of personnel capable of quality material management. Strive to improve the delivery of manufacturing's material and improve service levels in a J.I.T./H.P.S. environment while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, corporate policy, laws, morals and ethical standards.
