• Take charge of the planning and execution of project details, from inception to delivery; collaborate closely with the Development team to ensure client expectations are thoroughly understood and met.• Strategically identify, request, and allocate production facility requirements for assigned projects/shows.• Assume the role of on-site company representative during off-site productions, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining professional standards.• Efficiently organize and manage the distribution of show production elements and materials.• Serve as a liaison between Operations, Productions, and external entities, facilitating effective communication and coordination.• Work diligently towards the successful achievement of goals and objectives set by the Production & Logistic team.

• Establish and oversee studio crew and show schedules, ensuring efficient management and coordination.• Monitor costs incurred according to the approved budget, identify cost variances, and provide recommendations for budget adjustments as necessary.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of freelance staff; proactively address any work-related conflicts within the staff in collaboration with team leads and/or the Director of Creative Services.• Prepare and provide daily post-show status reports, offering valuable insights and updates.• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to maintain an adequate stock of production consumables, ensuring smooth operations and uninterrupted workflow.
