Lead and manage a team of fourteen developers responsible for building and maintaining all research data infrastructure used by the Department of Research and Evaluation.Lead team through major transformation including the merging of Department of Research and Evaluation’s Virtual Data Warehouse and Research Data Warehouse teams and the sizing and standing up of a Department of Research and Evaluation owned and managed Exadata environment.Complete project to merge two data warehousing teams, work to integrate both and to ensure cross-functional training and development allowed for increased efficiency. Project allowed greatly increased output with unchanged headcount.Work with Senior Department of Research and Evaluation Leadership, Clinical Analysis Leadership, Kaiser Permanente IT Leadership, and Department of Research and Evaluation to ensure success of the new Exadata environment and to ensure on-time delivery of datamarts in Department of Research and Evaluation Exadata with no major defects.Lead monthly Scientific Data Oversight committee comprised of investigators, project managers, and programmers as well as meet with Director of Department of Research and Evaluation to identify and address all current and emerging data and analytical needs.
