I spent 10 years with the NZ Air force and obtained excellent trade training, obtaining all my civilian LAME qualifications in NZ, Australia and Europe. During my time spent in the UK I took on management responsibilities, I have achieved mid to senior positions with a broad exposure in all facets of business, I have 30 years in the industry. I have completed an academic qualification at Warwick University, which is one of the top five business universities within the United Kingdom. The course is the Integrated Management Development Scheme (IMDS) and I have achieved a post experience diploma in Engineering Business Management. The course was sponsored by British Airways and is to MBA level.I have been involved in a process of business change during my time with both Raytheon and FLS as a business management strategy, six sigma, combined with human factors in industry, with studies from Dublin University then mixed with the aviation industry, I have been privileged to witness the start of this step change!
