Instrumental in both client and provider relationships. Contracted with numerous top 100 accounting/consulting firms as well as commercial real estate owners, brokers and management firms.

Saudi American Investment Group (SAIG Corporation) was a U.S. domiciled corporation with offices in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. SAIG focused on bringing U.S. companies, products and technologies to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Successfully negotiated a long term licensing agreement for SAIG with a U.S. health care company. Responsible for general management oversight, including purchase of equipment, shipping of product, all hardware and software and communication with licensor.Structured a joint venture between an Indian chemical conglomerate and SABIC for an anhydrous ammonia plant for the production of urea. Negotiated long term gas contract with Asian conglomerate for purchase of gas in from PDVSA de Venezuela.

Cascade Funding was a regional mortgage banking firm that was funding and selling whole loans in the secondary market. Negotiated a warehouse line and structured securitization contracts with various investment banks. Company was sold to a mid-west thrift and loan, later taken over by the RTC.

Managed 10 state region for financial service subsidiary of AVCO Corp which included Industrial banks and consumer finance offices with products such as flooring lines, retail sales contracts, real estate and consumer loans. 40+ offices with over 350 employees.The company was sold to Textron in February of 1985.
