Ensure direction of Contractors on Capital and T/A contracts. Manage and execute all projects in accordance to designed specifications and QA/QC contract agreements with the client’s job package. Ensure conformance to project work site rules and regulations. Advise client project management regarding developments that could affect project schedule and costs. Help manage budget, schedule impacts and reports to the client. Aggressively champion a safety conscience work environment and initiating a safety program to make safety natural part of all work performed. Perform frequent field safety, quality and productivity audits to ensure all policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.

Assuring a high level of QA/QC mechanical and structural inspections that follow contract procedures based on the clients design specifications, drawings and applicable codes. Perform package sell offs and document weld mapping hydro and post package sign offs.

Construction Manager for the Dow ES team overseeing capital construction projects. Manage all phases of the project from front end loading (FEL), constructability sequencing and construction phases. Assist in the selection of specialty subcontractors necessary to complete the project. Direct and coordinate all activities relating to the construction budget including daily and weekly reports to the project management team. Assist operations on commissioning criteria and acceptance plans (RTO). Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all contractors. Perform monthly and final billing along with reviewing field change request and issuing field change orders and following up on the changes. Responsible for final acceptance of the project close out procedures and delivery of all documentation and redline drawings and final negotiations of final billing.
