I have also been involved in many specialist projects conducted by ISE such as the STVF – a robotic training arm for the Canadian Space Agency and NASA and ATOM – a remote nuclear reactor incident clean up robot. My experience also includes subsea cable repair, burial and specialist welding techniques. One of my core duties is mentoring of new Engineers and Designers to close knowledge gaps, develop their skills, coach to new levels of performance and to focus on ways to do things better faster and cheaper. I lead by passion and welcome the tough work that goes along with navigating through the roadblocks to completing new projects.
