With over 35 years of industry knowledge and experience covering multiple economic cycles, Don Neff leads a multi-state team of licensed, certified and experienced construction quality assurance professionals on behalf of homebuilders, developers, investors, general contractors and insurance companies. He has written numerous articles on the topic of construction quality assurance, many of which are found on the company website and in the IRMI Construction Newsletter (International Risk Management Institute). He is also a LEED AP, Certified Green Building Professional, experienced and licensed general contractor in California and Nevada, has taught part time in Construction Operations at University of California Extension, Irvine (Light Construction Development Management Certificate Program). He also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Orange County and is former Chairman of the BIA/OC "Q-Green" Committee (Quality Green Residential Energy Efficient Neighborhoods). He was previously on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Sustainability Council for Orange County/Inland Empire and for two years served as a Mentor to Proteges in the ULI Young Leaders Group for Orange County.
