About Don Negley

Mr. Negley is the CEO of Rural Living Environments and Managing Partner of Negley Properties. RLE provides services in the areas of Crisis, Residential Supports, and Supported Employment services to persons with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. RLE current supports up to 27 individuals with 75 plus staff in the Babbitt/Ely. RLE provides a number of services to persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We are licensed to provide services both in the individuals home and in our adult foster care sites. We provide crisis/ respite services at our Ely home. In addition to residential services we are licensed to supported employment services. This assists the individuals we serve with the opportunity to find gain full employment. Our staff are trained to provided multiply different services to insure our individuals success. Providing for better team participation and management of Person Centered Services, with up to the minute view of all activities. We use a number of different electronic systems for independence and safety. Proving our individuals the true freedom to live their lives with the confidence and freedom. Contracting with the services of PROCARE for employee scheduling, payroll, human resources or any other normal employment activities and tracked from any location.

    Total Rubber, Inc. was a start up company and was founded by Bryan McDonald, Marv Saltzman, Ed Williams and Don Negley in October of 1998 and exsists to day as a part of Nelson Williams Inc. of Virginia, Minnesota. TRI was a contract compression rubber moulding company that manufacured products for the automotive, mining and recreational industies. Serving companies like Road Resue, Fast Inc., Global Electrica Motor Cars (currently owned by Polaris), Twin City Wire, Cleveland Cliffs and USX. TRI offered assistance in product application, design and engineering while reducing production costs to our customers. The decision to leave was a difficult but was necessary to move forward with the development of Rural Living Environments.
