Managed McKesson Canada's largest retail national account, (Katz Group Canada), which consisted of over 1300 (corporate, independent, and franchise) retail outlets. Led a staff of 4 focusing on execution of key corporate projects, business process improvements, promotions, purchasing innovations, and inventory management.

Initiated the creation of a national account team to manage Pharmasave National (H/O) and regional (Pacific, Western, Central, and Atlantic) entities as they transitioned from a self-distribution model to the wholesale model. Also managed the other retail customer accounts (London Drugs and Overwaitea Food Group) with H/O's located in the Vancouver area, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
