SINCE 1987, TRAINED AND WORKED AS A COMMERCIAL APPRAISER & COMMERCIAL REVIEW APPRAISER:• Worked under two different MAI firms, then worked at Momentum Bank N.A., as a Commercial Appraiser/Reviewer then transitioned to Bank One N.A.• Transitioned to the RTC side of the bank known as BONNET RESOURCES, to order & review commercial reports under Federal Guidelines for the foreclosure portfolio.• Worked for an original Commercial AMC company and at Citigroup. Appraised and/or reviewed an extensive range of all property types throughout the US.WORKED AS A RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER OR REVIEWER• Was a Regional Chief Appraiser for Foster Ousley Conley, then Chief Appraiser for Quality Assurance Review Co. Inc.• Worked a number of Contract Positions as well as time with Forsythe Appraisals.• From 2012-to-2015, worked for Fannie Mae (FNMA) – position, Reviewer for the Repurchase Group. Due to my significant experiences, I started at a higher position level for a Reviewer at FNMA.
