Architected, designed and implemented a GM 2012/2013 Top 20 $4 million initiative to pull solenoid installation and characterization data flashing in-house to GM for significant long term savings. This project created a new centralized system and a new Powertrain system to capture component genealogy and supply solenoid characterization data to the assembly plant for vehicle programming. Tasks Included:- Developed a generic data model that can be utilized to track other components - Designed Web Services to synchronize data between the central system and the powertrain plant- Technical Leader responsibilities such as estimating, problem solving, updating leadership (Internal and External) and delegation of tasks to other team members
